LED Burn-In Test
Burn-in system, based on LXI instrumentation, for concurrent testing of up to 80 DUTs in a climatic chamber. Devices to be tested include modern light emitting diodes and LED modules.The system consists of 2 control cabinets, each with 40 independent supply and measurement channels. The measuring principle is based on voltage induction in the coil through a changing magnetic field, which is caused, for example, by a rotating ferromagnetic gear. The coil is wound on a magnetic core and led out via a cable or a plug. The sensors are manufactured with metric or inch threads or with a flange connection and deliver a sinusoidal output signal, the amplitude of which is proportional to the peripheral speed. Proximity
Proximity detection sensors measure reflected infrared (IR) energy to detect the presence of an object or person. The devices include an integrated LED driver and, in some devices, an integrated LED. The proximity detection devices provide four programmable LED drive currents and IR pulse repetitions. The proximity detection circuitry compensates for ambient light, allowing it to operate in environments ranging from bright sunlight to dark rooms. The wide dynamic range allows operation in short-distance detection applications behind dark glass, such as mobile phones.
