Industrial Shock Absorbers
ACE industrial shock absorbers work hard. Their application means moving loads are evenly decelerated over the full stroke. The result: the lowest braking force and shortest braking time. The MAGNUM series from ACE is viewed as the reference standard for medium-sized damping technology.

Compact Antenna Test Range
700.00 MHZ – 110000.00 MHZ
A Compact Antenna Test Range (CATR) allows electrically large antennas to be measured at a significantly shorter distance than would be necessary in a traditional far-field test range. Compact ranges use a source antenna (feed) to radiate a spherical wave in the direction of a parabolic reflector, collimating it into a planar wave for aperture illumination of a Device under Test (DUT). It's lowest operational frequency is determined by the size of the reflector, its edge treatment and the absorbers. The two edge treatments available are serrated edge for general purpose applications, and rolled edge to achieve higher accuracy for special applications. Multiple-feed systems may be used to improve the far-field characteristics. A compact range test system also allows system level testing of a complete device architecture.

ECPR System (Electrically Calibrated Pyroelectric Radiometer)
Rs-5900
Developed in conjunction with NIST, the Rs-5900 ECPR is a ±1% absolute accuracy radiometric transfer standard for the visible to near-IR (0.25-2.0µm), with the RsIR Option extending the ±1% accuracy to >20µm. The RsP-590 Pyroelectric Probe requires no cooling and maintains ±1% accuracy from 1 µW to 100 mW. The ECPR uses an auto-nulling, electrical substitution technique that allows the instrument to be referenced against NIST electrical standards, insuring maximum accuracy and precision. Unlike most electrically calibrated radiometers, there is a direct correlation between electrical and optical heating because the same material serves as both the optical absorber and electrical heating element.

Radiometer
X1-1-RCH-116-4
The X1-1 radiometer from Gigahertz-Optik features an RCH-116-4 detector and is ideal for measurement of the irradiance of high power LEDs in the UV-A and blue light range. The device can accurately measure irradiance levels of up to 40,000 mW/cm². One of the outstanding features of the RCH-116-4 detector is its proven concept of a passive radiation absorber coupled to a UV sensor. This provides stability even in high temperature and intense UV radiation environments. In addition to the passive radiation absorber, the device also has a cosine-corrected field of view. The sensor’s housing also serves as a handle. The battery-powered X1-1 optometer supports a usable dynamic range from less than 1 mW/cm² to 40,000 mW/cm² thanks to its high-end signal amplifier. It can be used to perform precise measurements of up to 5 standard LED wavelengths for which the detector was calibrated for active irradiance. In addition to the CW measurement function, the device also has a dose measurement function. The radiometer can be used with other detectors from the RCH series. e.g. for gas discharge lamps. Remote control of the device is possible via its user software and a software development kit is offered for integration of the device in the user’s own software.

Diesel Fleet Maintenance Chassis Dynamometer
MD-7500
At the heart of the MD-7500 is a set of three air-cooled eddy current power absorbers. Each absorber, or brake, can hold up to 600-hp (total power of 1,800-hp) more than enough to simulate a fully loaded transit bus. As the systems PAU''s (brakes) are air-cooled, no water is required to or from the device eliminating the high cost of water consumption and/or the cost of an expensive water recovery system which can sometimes exceed the cost of the dynamometer system itself. Mustang is the only company that offers a Universal Fleet Test Bed without water supply requirements.

Eddy Current Dynamometer
EC Series
Specifically designed for small displacement diesel engines, the Eddy Current (EC-Series) engine dynamometer features in-line eddy current absorption units in a robust, compact frame. The air-cooled eddy current absorbers eliminate the need for an expensive water recirculation system and most engines being tested can be cooled with a standard closed-circuit radiator system. This compact air-cooled design results in a minimal environmental impact and the ability to be easily relocated with no need for a permanent installation. When combined with PowerNet LT, our fully automated dynamometer control system, all of your testing needs can be performed at the touch of a button.

Anechoic chambers
The anechoic chambers are built up as a modular construction. Due to individual modules any size of chamber can be manufactured. Big chambers may require an outer supporting structure or alternatively the shielding material can be attached direct to the building. The absorbers are fixed to rails bars or wooden base construction which is inserted into the shielding modules.

Reticle Manufacturing
An error-free reticle (also known as a photomask or mask) represents a critical element in achieving high semiconductor device yields, since reticle defects or pattern placement errors can be replicated in many die on production wafers. Reticles are built upon blanks: substrates of quartz deposited with absorber films. KLA’s portfolio of reticle inspection, metrology and data analytics systems help blank, reticle and IC manufacturers identify reticle defects and pattern placement errors, thereby reducing yield risk.
