The IIB-1553-VXI-4C is an intelligent interface card which provides 4 independent channels for full MIL-STD-1553 test, simulation and bus analysis functions on the VXI bus. All 1553A, 1553B, McAir and STANAG 3838 variants are supported. Each independent channel may be operated as a concurrent Bus Controller (BC) and up to 31 Remote Terminals (RT) with a windowed Bus Monitor (BM), or as a stand-alone Chronological Bus Monitor (CBM) with comprehensive multi-level triggering capability. Full error injection capability is provided in BC and RT modes, with full error detection in BC, RT, BM and CBM modes. Each channel provides a variable amplitude dual redundant 1553 interface, with 2 Mbytes of dual ported RAM. Boundary Scan Test
Boundary Scan is a very useful tool for quick, low-cost, re-usable powered-up test of an assembly for basic functionality. Because a fixture with test probes is not required, it is possible to have a working test available within hours or days, rather than weeks. Designers can receive rapid feedback on their prototype boards with tests that can be used again during production testing, as well as for device programming. Given power, ground and Tap port signals, tests can be written to assess the performance of the boundary scan enabled parts on an assembly and other parts on the boundary scan chain.

GX5960 Series
The GX5960 digital subsystem represents the highest level of performance available for PXI-based digital instrumentation and features high performance pin electronics and a timing generator / sequencer in a compact, 6U PXI form factor. The GX5960 series consists of the GX5961 clock generator board with 16 driver / sensor channels and the GX5964 driver / sensor board which supports 32 bi-directional I/O channels. Up to 528 digital I/O channels can be supported by the GX5960 digital subsystem. Each digital channel features a wide drive / sense voltage range of -14 V to +26 V (maximum swing of 24 volts) which can be individually programmed for a drive hi, drive lo, sense hi, sense lo, and a load value (with commutation voltage level) – offering the user complete flexibility when creating test programs and fixtures for multiple UUTs. The GX6188 is a 6U PXI, high density matrix, GENASYS architecture switching card. The card provides the user with the ability to connect and interface resources to multiple UUT connections. The board consists of two matrices - a 104x8 and a 8x8 matrix. The GX6188 can connect to 104 UUT switching points, eight external resources and an eight channel global bus via front panel connectors. Multiple GX6188 cards can be connected using the global bus.
